Terrible service at Ford Randfontein

I took my car in for 1st service at Randfontein, it took more than an hour before i was allocated a car to take me to work, at 11:45 am they told me they are done with the service and the car is at car wash, they said they would call me in a short while to confirm that the driver is coming to fetch me, just so that I can get myself ready before the driver picks me up. I waited until 15:00pm and i gave them a call to find out how far they are, they told me they were waiting for the driver, I then called at 15:35 pm, the driver was not there yet. I finish work at 16:00 and have to pick my daughter up from school, the driver only came at 16:20 when the offices and the parking lots here at work were empty and i was the only person waiting at the security gate. I got to Braamfontein at 16:50 and still had to come back to fetch my child from school. When I got there no one apologized, they were all running after new customers as all they are interested in, is selling and nothing more. if it wasn't for my neighbor who took my child she would have stayed at school until it was dark, because her mom is black and doesn't deserve to be given proper service. Those people are ****** and are not considerate towards their clients, they do not deserve to be in customer service
