TERRIBLE SERVICE

A very long complaint. The Ford car I purchased is my 6th car I have owned and the WORST after purchase customer service. I have still not been contacted after 2 weeks of purchasing the vehicle to ask if I am happy with it. I have a problem with the beading already coming off one door and it is BRAND new! I have emailed head office numerous emails regarding the dishonest practice happening at Ford County Waterfall where I purchased my vehicle, only receive automated response. This is not acceptable! All other car company's try and keep their customers happy. I really love my car but not Ford. Such terrible service.
