Terrible Parts
I have never ever been so disgusted in a motor vehicle like now, in 2016 we purchase a brand new ford b-Max Titanium 5000km down the road Ford had to replace Front brakes and Discs using the Ford warranty for defective parts, on 32 000 km's the brakes were metal to metal, and Ford skimmed the Discs and replaced the brake pads, at 48000 kms were are back with the brakes being metal to metal and the Ford dealer ship want to keep the client liable for the replace of the disc because the Maintenance plan only cover Brake Pads after 30000 kms. Normal lifespan on brake pads is from 48000 km up, it can very depending on a persons driving, service intervals on these vehicles is 20000kms but your brake pads only lasts you 16000 kms so where is the logic in all this, ford gives the client terrible brake pads to begin with and can't guarentee the hardware they supply to last from service to service. 16000 km on brake pads is a joke on a vehicle that cost over R250 000 please be careful what you purchase out there and be aware that the supplier don't always put their money where their mouth is.
