Terrible customer service

I had the worst experience ever with this branch, I took my car in for repairs on Friday 28th of August and only got it back on the 3rd of Sept. Customer service is clearly not one of their values as a company, extremely disappointed and you can bet your last rand I will NEVER use their services ever again.
