Terrible attitude and poor customer service

Terrible attitude and poor customer service that was disappointing from one of the employees by the name of Trudy from 24 motors Ermelo Ford. My sister picked up her Ford fiesta from the dealer on the 22 June 2021 since it was there from 18 of May 2021 for engine problem the car was stacked in the middle of the road on the 23rd of June 2021 I therefore called the dealership for assistance where their employees displayed bad attitude while I was talking to her. I really can't tolerate such kind of behaviour from their staff member instead of fixing the problems, I am very much disgusted and traumatised
