Sub Standard Service

I have purchased my Ford Ranger Wildtrack in February this year 2017 from Ford Kroonstad. Just after few days the vehicle was making some heavy noise that sounded like the shocks were finish. I took it back to them and they said they knew what the problem was then fixed it. I have just taken my bakkie for 40 000km service on the 20th October at Ford Ladenburg. They the told me that my vehicle did not have gearbox oil and they told they cannot assist as it was Kroonstad Ford fault for not checking the oil level. I did call Kroonstad and have escalated to Ford Office, till now no help they keep promising that they will give me feedback. Kroonstad Ford now told me that I must keep driving if something goes wrong they will claim and fix. I think it is about time I change this brand now, had few problems with my XLT Ford I had before this one.
