Sub-par service

I took my car for service on 11 August for its 4th service. It was returned to me and the normal things were mentioned to me: had to top brake fluid, etc etc. Nothing about tyre or alignment.<br> <br> The following week, I took my car to HiQ for balancing and rotating. Upon taking my front tyres off, I was told they cannot rotate, i need to replace my front tyres as it is work out so badly, the wire was showing and the alignment was completely off.<br> <br> Now I know Ford doesn't do alignment (or I type under correction), but surely they could have advised me that I need to have my front tyres changed as a matter of urgency?
