STRAIGHT TALKS BREAK NO DEALERSHIP
I have bought a Ford car at Eastern Cape motors in King William's Town in 2012. When I bought the car, it was said that up to 60 000km's it was free servic. In 2013, I sent my car for a 1 year service even though I have not reached 20 000km's and it was serviced. When I went to fetch the car from a service, a person that assisted me said that they have replaced the car wipers and I had to pay for it. Luckily, I had money then I paid for it and off I went. In 2014, I could not send the car as I have not reached 40 000km's. So, this year in April I sent it cause there is a noise in my car which I wanted them to check as I believed that my car was still under warranty. I left the car and rushed back to work. In a few hours,I received a call from a guy that works there and told me that I should go and fetch my car as it was NOT under warranty anymore,it was cancelled. That left me a question as why was there NOTHING written to state that my warranty was going to be cancelled. And why did I get the info the last moment that cars like mine did not qualify for a free service. It was the first time I heard it when I brought the car for it's second service.I feel ****** and not happy at all.
