****** & Recovered vehicle.False Warranty&model

I bought a Ford Focus at Ford in Watloo Pretoria in September 2015. I was never told that it was a ****** recovered vehicle. I was told is 2015 model but only to find out its 2013 model. After realising that they made mistake, I was invoiced again with the lesser amount and was promised the warranty will be adjusted as full 4 years till today I'm still fighting with emails with no luck. My car broke down and I took it to Hatfield CMH Ford for second service as I first took it in November 2015. I was told that engine is damaged. It's been 3 blessed weeks and all I here its excuses, that Warranty doesn't wana replace the engine cos it was ******. I'm suffering and have stress cos of Ford employees who wanted to get rid of their ****** recovered vehicle and I was the victim to buy it. I've send emails to management but they don't bother coming back to me, instead I'm using my cellphone to call their land line as I was told they don't have cellphones. I don't want the car anymore as it's a ****** vehicle. I'm so disappointed, sick and tired of the service that I'm getting at Ford in Watloo as I've been send from pillar to post cos of the incompetence of their staff members.
