Still waiting for parts

I have been waiting for Ford to fix my car now for almost two months if it's not longer. Everytime I call to fgind out about the gearbox the date changes and I believe that this is not with the Dealer but with the parts department.<br> <br> I logged a complaint with Oteng last week Thursday and she only got back to me on Monday and again today to advise that they will only get the gearbox on the 24th of March. This was after she told me that she will get back to me last week Friday. Really this is not on and would really appreciate it if someone can make a difference in the time as it's has been a long wait already.
