STAY AWAY FROM FORD PLEASE

After Sale Service from FORD SA is none existent... The brand itself is wonderful however the lack of aftersale service is appalling so as good at the brand itself is it is not worthy of a purchase. There may be something severely wrong with a vehicle for a client and you can moan and groan to top management yet nothing happens... they need the correct people in the correct positions. FORD only put effort into the actual product such as the vehicle and the sale thereof. However afterwards... nothing matters. only the sale... a client is not important to FORD. Only getting the products sold is key...
