Staff at Ford friendly

<p>We bought our Ford Kuga 1.6 2014 cash, after we receive a letter from Ford stating that our ford was fine we try to by the Everest with a trade in, paid cash for the Kuga and wanted to on the Everest. We always had good service fromFord.....but R19 000 trade in for our Kuga????? </p>
