Spectacular Service from Ford Oudtshoorn

I bought a second hand car with Ford at the Oudtshoorn branch. The service was great and Pieter Nel from sales went the extra mile to help. The credit application was also a breeze, Laetitia de Witt helped and was friendly, quick and efficient. However, the most stunning service came from Ferdie. My temporary permit expired, and as Murphy's Law wanted it a speedcop pulled me over past 5 in the afternoon and stated that she will be waiting for me the next day and if I dont have numberplates she will be writing me big ticket. Ford had just called earlier that day and told me my numberplates are ready, as I work in another town I was not able to pick them up immediately or the next day. I went to Ford in the hopes thar someone is still in to help, but they were already closed. I called the number on the door, who turned out to be Ferdie. He came in after hours and with the help of Jacques fitted my numberplates afterhours with a smile and for free! The speedcop was waiting for me the next day, but I had numberplates! That is spectacular service! thanks so much Ford!
