I bought the car on 15 August 2020. Subsequent to that I had to take the car to Renault service centre for the aircon to be regassed. Upon me collecting the car the Renault mechanic told me the car was involved in an accident previously. I contacted Aurinia Motors, from whom I purchased the car, to let them know of my findings. I left the car with Aurinia Motors on condition they would take the car for checks in their workshop and produce a report to prove the car was not in a collision. They did not do that. They left the car outside from the date I returned it (11 September). I logged a complaint with Wesbank and Aurinia Motors told Wesbank that the car was not in an accident. I then went to collect the car from Aurinia Motors and took it to Dekra for a technical inspection. The report does confirm that there are traces of repairs done on the vehicle, and showed images where they welded the car in the process of repair. Aurinia Motors still refuses to accept that they sold me a defective vehicle. I also found out that the car was registered in January 2019 and Aurinia Motors were 6 months late in taking the car for its annual service. Suddenly they no longer reply to my emails and phonecalls after taking my money. WORST SERVICE EVER!!! These guys are ****** and running a **** shop. Advice is to stay away from them and not give them your business. Never again. Sies!!!!
