Shocking Service from FORD. Sub Standard Vehicle

We have purchased a New Ford EcoSport 1.0 towards the end of 2019. The vehicle travelled 54000 km's when the engine blew. The vehicle was properly maintained and serviced. Approximately 6 months after warranty, which was 100000km's or 4 years (unfortunately the 4 years preceded the 100000kms) the engine seized causing extensive damage to various components. I complained and have subsequently received shocking service that leaves much to be desired. The vehicle was beset with problems from purchase. Firstly, there was a recall on this vehicle which Ford denied, until I provided written proof. On 10 June 2022, their report read a faulty cylinder and misfire among a host of other issues. Then on the 22 June 2022 their report issued a comprehensive list of issues which were obviously not repaired effectively. This seems to be a recurring pattern. They sold me a sub standard vehicle or as they call it in the industry, a "LEMON" . This is less than honourable. Upon communication with them, all they were interested in, is why I had the vehicle repaired elsewhere and not with them. I pointed out that this vehicle was just out of warranty. They would probably charge 3 times more than other repair outlets. Ford's assertion that if we had come to them, then "maybe FORDSA could have contributed something towards repairs" beggars belief. THE QUESTION I WANT ANSWERED IS WHY DID THIS VEHICLE FAIL AFTER ONLY 54000 KM's. They did not respond to my emails and only did after several repeat mails calling them out. The response I got for not getting feedback was "I'm not sure how I missed your mail". One would assume that Ford's priority would be to address the issue as to why the engine failed after only 54000 Km's. They digress about the claim and not the actual problem of engine failure. They should be addressing this issue. It should be a great concern to them. We require a suitably qualified explanation.
