Shocking service from Ford Edwinswales branch

Very poor customer service from ford edwinswales branch. Vehicle was booked in for repairs to door lock mechanisms by Ashley. Request for spares to be ordered before vehicle was booked in but failed to comply. Removed service book and warranty documents from vehicle but failed to place back into vehicle when picked up. Went to workshop to fetch documents but Ashley not available. Requested for the service book and warranty documents to be delivered but ignored my communication.Will never be dealing with this branch again. Never experienced this kind of poor service from any dealership.Response from Ashley was you want to complain for service book. Pathetic reply.
