Shocking service from Ford

My Ford Fiesta is still under warranty and I picked up that it has an oil leak. I took it to Ford Umhlanga for an assessment and they told me I have to book it in for a full investigation. It took me 2 weeks to get it booked in as no one from the dealership comes back to you. It has now been in for repairs now for 4 weeks !!! They are STILL waiting for more parts to come so they can complete the repair. Absolutely no urgency in getting the job done, no loan vehicle provided, no updates on progress (you have to phone to find out and lucky if anyone comes back to you). Car has 42 000km on the clock and the head gasket has to be replaced, I am shocked to say the least!!! I am DISGUSTED with the service I have received from Ford. I will never buy another Ford and will never recommend Ford to anyone. Ford your after sales service is SHOCKING!!
