Shocking customer service

Ford South Africa claims to have a 48 hour turn around time to call a customer once a complaint has been logged. I logged a complaint about a recurring headlight problem, and it took multiple emails and phone calls from myself, to eventually get them to call me back after 6 days. Problem still not resolved
