Servicing not to standard

Took my Ford in for a service and noticed the fuel efficiency dropped. When I got to a garage I opened the bonnet to check the oil. Not only was the oil over filled, but the engine bay was filthy. Servicing is not up to standards of other manufacturers I've dealt with.
