**** service, worst vechicle company in SA

Worst experience so far with any motor company. My bakkie went for a service at Matopi Ford in Lephalale where it most of its life time went. But this time they made an issue, after the service and its firat long drive a week after to JHB there was a lot of oil and looked like a cracked filter housing. When communicated to Lephalale ford, they just dismissed it and told us to bring it back, we also sent an email to complaints but Ford SA did not respond. Now, less than 3 weeks after taking it back with the service, oil issue, the bakkie broke down just outside OR Tambo. During calls to Matopi ford, they dismissed it again, saying it is our problem they are not responsible. So, how is this fair? Even though the bakkie is out of warranty, you still need to be liable and take responisbility for artisan workmanship. This is very bad, we had the worst experience of our lives after I got back home from being in the DRC for almost 4 months. I left home with a working bakkie, came back with a ****edup one. Please sort this out.
