SERVICE UP TO ****!!!!!!

i had a terrible experience at ford today with them lying to my face about repairing my car when the didnt even do a thing to it!!! they call me a lair and say they did when you can see nothing has been done to the car and when i phone the manager he doesnt even call me back he get the mechanic to call me and he has such an attitude and is so unhelpful its pathetic, this isnt the first time it has happened every time i go to this ford there is some sort of problem. i dont appreciate the way i get treated after spending so much money at the branch and they have no respect there and all the do is give you dirty looks when you complain and give you half assed service!!!! i will never buy another ford in my life i will rather drive an uno than that piece of ****!!!!! they wont let me tell them what has happened and everytime i tell them they did not fix my door they tell me i am lying and he worked on the car himself!!! who is going to pay for my petrol and time that i waste going there more than 3 time everytime i have a problem which i go there alot coz fragrantly ford is a piece of **** and so is the branch at the glen and all the sale staff and management should get new jobs!!
