Service Review - Endless issues!

Ford asked for a review of their service....HUGE MISTAKE!!! Let me share my experience of your service here too....

I've had endless issues with my Ford EcoSport. Ford fixes one thing and then another thing becomes an issue. The car is two years old. It has had a problem with the front brake disks being worn (while only one year old), the clutch (semi-automatic) has caused vibration and has had to be replaced, a bearing on the drive shaft resulted in a ********** noise; which took a while to prove to the dealership. Have it back for a week, and wala, "surprise!", it's back with Ford The Glen, noise has returned. That all, in addition to the fact that the car has been broken into twice as a result of the defective lock. Now I have the tamper proof one and the allan-key doesn't work. The sales team don't come back either. After exhausting all options, I asked that I get a good deal on trading it in. I had to call back to receive feedback. Reported the fact that I did not get feedback........ and now.......... still waiting. There is no hope!
