**** SERVICE FROM MOTUS FORD GEORGE

So I bought a brand new 2.2 2020 model ford double cab in January, since I bought the bakkie I had so many ****, I took the bakkie in for his first service and requested that they fix the trailer plug and the 3 12v fittings in the bakkie as it did not work, they then phoned me to tell me that they need to replace the loom, they then did the service and ( replaced the trailer plug and fixed the 12 v sockets ) I got the bakkie back after 3 days , the trailer plug was still not working, and it was still the old plug after I was told that they replaced it with a new one, the 12v points still did not work, I then took it in again for the trailer plug and 12v adapters they then phoned me at 16:30 after my bakkie stood there the whole day and told me that they need a special tool that needs to be ordered in order for them to fix it and they will phone me when I arrives.... they never phoned me ..... I then phoned them a month later to find out what was going on and they told me that they forgot to phone me... I then took the bakkie in for its 2 ND service on Tuesday to do a service and fix the trailer plug and 12 v adapters, I phoned ford at 16:45 to find out if my bakkie is ready and they told me that they will phone me back in 5 min.... they never did, so I phoned again 17:44 the also could not give me an answer and then phoned me to tell me they did not fix the trailer plug or the 12 v adapters and they left my bakkie keys at security for me to collect my bakkie as they were closing, I got to my UNWASHED bakkie that's still not fixed I looked for my service book to see what they did... my book was not in my bakkie, there is a dent in my passenger door....I went to them this morning to speak to a manager but there are never anyone available...I then asked for my service book, it was not stamped after the service so they did that this morning....to me this is completely unacceptable.and I'm at a point where I'm going to advertise their **** service al over the media because this is not fair towards me as everything I leave my bakiie there I loose a day's work as the bakkie is my income in total the bakkie stood there for 5 days and it's still not fixed....I need answers and I need the bakkie fixed!!!
