Service from Ford The Glen is horrible.

Was so excited to buy my first car, got there and signed the papers very happy with the service as they were able to wait until i got off work. A week later their car started giving me issues, i took the car in after being given a **** s**** car to drive around, the day im supposed to fetch my car no one is around to give me the keys. It is disappointing to know that a reputable brand can be ruined by sales representatives that arent willing to own up to their job and sale managers who ask me how they should contact their sales representatives.

Very disappointed.
