Service Feedback is terrible

Service at Malibongwe ford is terrible - you dont get feedback - nobody answers the phone. If you go to Kia you get an SMS immediately telling you service adviser will be and any additional costs on email. Everytime i service my car at Kia I get zip communication i have to phone several times to get an answer out of anyone
