SERVICE DELIVERY SHOCKER / Ford Tygervalley

If I could've given -5 stars I would, this is ridiculous! My car was towed in on the the 9th of Jan and today is the 3rd February with no communication whatsoever apart from my car is in a queuing system , FOR 23 DAYS ????????? I called in about 6 times and I was told the technician was busy,or out on a test drive etc and they will call me back when he is available to give me feedback on the hold up , no calls whatsoever!!!!!!I also made two calls to Ford SA Head Office which they also promised call back with NO RESPONSE! The dealership is Ford Tygervalley Cape Town.
