Service delivery

I took my Ford fiesta to Ford fury woodmead today at 7h30, before 15:00 they called and told me that the car Service is Done and it went for a car wash but they will call me before they knock off to come and fetch my car. I called them before 16h00 informing them that I've been waiting for their call and now I'm going to be busy until 17h00, but they have to come and fetch me from work down the road. I waited for their call until 17h30 in between I was calling them without any luck, I finally decided to walk but the gates were locked and I found the night shift security who doesn't know anything about the car. The service I got today is terrible considering the fact that I've been preaching Ford as the best car... my first anyway!

I don't know where Is the car and I certainly don't know when and how I'm going to get home😭
