Service breakdown

I was assisted by a rude lady who managed to not only ruin my day but my entire experience with Ford South Africa. With your current law suits and car failures I want to believe that Ford South Africa would desire to at least provide decent client service. I doubt that my next car will be a Ford after the interaction and service breakdown that I experienced.
