Service and Attitude Complaint!

Ford Cradock wanting to charge me R 300.00 for a curtsey vehicle while my car is in for a service only because I did not buy my vehicle from the specific dealer. Totally unacceptable!! I pay my service plan monthly without any problem, but receive no customer service in return!! I have to drive over 100 km to take my vehicle in and have a lot of business to do while I wait for my car, I can not sit around and wait until it is finished - and I will NOT pay this ridicules amount. Very very unhappy about the situation and the attitude received from the dealer principle.
