Selling Faulty Eco Sport vehicles

I received an e mail from Ford to tell me my new Ford Eco Sport which I purchased in SEptember 2014 is a safety risk because of the airbags and other faults I must take it to my nearest Ford dealer which I did on my account and my petrol and my time. After I received the vehicle there are now other problems like the seatbelt sensor doesn't make a noise when not buckled up. And who knows what else. I need to pay AA to show all the problems,which I will do asap. but...,,,.brand new???second time it needed to go back because of their problems, now a third time??? I sent e mail to head office Thursday 29 Jan. Did not hear from them. It is now 2 February.
