I bought a brand new Ford Ranger in October 2020, this year 2021 July the fuse are burnt. When enquire with dealership in Ermelo and Allen John in Pretoria I was told these things happens and I'm liable to pay for damages. It puzzled me on how that is possible the car is under warranty and why do I have to pay R750 for fuse change. To make matters worse their roadside assistance took my car and they hired the car for me only to find the car hire company billed me for it. When I raise issue with Ford and AA they went cold on me. I'm so disappointed and hurt at how I have been treated by Ford SA.
