Satisfied customer with CMH Kempster Ford Umhlanga

Being new in Durban and not knowing which dealership to use is very stressful as I first took it to CMH kempster Umgeni Road and I got the worst service ever, very uprofessional and with their diagnosis I decided to try Umhlanga and I’m glad I took that decision.

I was welcomed there professionally by Trinisha Pillay who went out of her way to ensure that I get the best service ever and that my car issues are attended to. Left my car there on the 11/04/2019 and she promised the latest I will get the car will be the 17/04/2019 and indeed I received the car on that day. She made my experience with Ford great. Through proper communication with her superiors she managed to order the parts for me right away even though I could not Clear all funds same day. It’s the I CARE attitude that won the most for me. I will definitely be using this dealership again and will even recommended it. Thanks to the service department team.
