Satisfactory service while looking for a document

I was looking for a document from September 2010 of my vehicle, it seemed so impossible to get it since the main supplier of the document could not even get it, and to my suprise (((( BOOM)))))), a lady by the name of Cat assisted me with her very great attitude towards customers. <br> BIG UPS gal... :-)
