Sale under false pretense and no customer care

Herewith I want to bring to your attention that this purchase from your dealership of the Ford Fiesta 1.4 has possibly been the worst experience I have ever had. There was and has been no customer satisfaction in any way or any form and has been totally on you \pretending to please me as your client"From the day of collecting the vehicle on the 12th of February 2015 it has been one problem after the other. Upon collection I noticed a whole lot of extras loaded onto the financing which I did not agree upon (bearing in mind that I travelled from Johannesburg to Nelspruit to collect the vehicle. When I arrived the vehicle had minor dents and chips that were not pointed out to me when presenting the vehicle upon sent images to me to make decision on purchasing the vehicle"
