********** at CMH Kempster Ford Randburg

My daughter took her Ford Eco Sport to CMH Kempster Ford Randburg yesterday for a service.

She was informed that the wipers, headlights and brake lights need to be replaced at her cost which was fine until I received the invoice .

I cannot understand the labour cost to “replace” those items, which is ridiculously more, than the cost of the actual parts.

Had I known this prior to her doing the payment, I would have told her not to give the go ahead to replace these items.

This is totally unacceptable and a total *******!!!

The car was serviced at McCarthy Ford The Glen in September 2018 and we experienced no problems with such ridiculous cost that we had to pay at CMH Kempster Ford Randburg yesterday.

The experience at CMH Kempster Ford Randburg was utterly disgusting and will never be going there ever again.
