REPLACEMENT VEHICLE COMPLAINT

There is simply nowhere to complain or follow up on a problem or complaint. Bought a Ford Eco Sport Titanium. Requested replacement due to 3 turbo replacements by 12 500km's. Waiting now for more than 2 months for movement and signing off of relevant documents.
