Repeated Engine replacements for my Ford Ranger

How is it possible for one vehicle to undergo two engine replacements in less than three (3) years??? In July 2018 my Ford Ranger XLT 3.2 TDCI Double Cab (Manual, 2013 model) needed a new engine after it had suffered a component malfunction, leading to a catastrophic engine breakdown, which to a brand new engine being installed. Last week Friday (28/05/2021), I was once again left stuck on the side of the road with a failed engine (the very same new engine installed in July 2018). The vehicle was towed to Action Ford Constantia Kloof, Johannesburg, where (4 days later) the dealership informed me that due to the fuel injectors malfunctioning, the engine has been damaged and that I need a new engine. I would like someone from Ford Motor Company SA to call me right now and tell me that this is a cruel joke! (By the way, this is the third time the fuel injectors have malfunctioned since the new engine was installed in July 2018!!!)

This is an embarrassing problem, not surprised that Ford Motor Company has not bothered to contact me. There are nany many stories of other Ford Ranger owners who are gatvol with similar problems of costly engine failures and replacements.
