repairing engine

good day i have a few conversations between ford ganis and ford SA , about my vehicle still standing at the dealer at Heidelberg ford ganis , i took it in for a service and a broken water pipe ( Burst ) . the water pipes on this vehicle burs ted 3 times , action ford redone the engine and we pay R 51000 to repair it , 3 months and 9000 kilos later the same water pipes burst and we have damaged on the engine once again , at first the workshop manager told me the head gasket blown , the next day i receive a quote for R45000 we have to replace the engine , the engine seized . The vehicle is running and starting so i dint know how this is possible . Ford SA contacted action ford in krugersdorp about the situation and they said the vehicle must go back to them so they can investigate for there is a parts claim and warranty on the parts , Ford Gani,s refuse to send the vehicle to action ford they will not send the vehicle . i spoke to the receptionist Katheryn and she were very rude and told me this is my problem she will not send the vehicle to action ford krugersdorp . this was a week ago and no one came back to me with a resolution regards thebe turn stone
