Registration issue

I Bought a New Ford Ranger XLT 2.0 Double cab in December from Lazarus Centurion. Service was great when they wanted to close the sale. In January I realized that the vehicle was registered as a single cab with seating capacity of 3 people. After inquiring they started the process to rectify the mistake. Now 8 months later 9 Ford Representatives later and they just simply refuse to get back to me, always promising one week later. Utterly disgusted in after sales service.
