Refusal to Repair Vehicle

Absolutely disgraceful service! My husband's vehicle was at Ford Middelburg for more than 80 days last year and when we got the vehicle back "after repairs were done" we still had the same issues. His warranty is about to expire and the vehicle is again standing at Ford Middelburg with a broken motor. It has been there for weeks now and still we are running around trying to get answers.

Ford SA refuses to fix the vehicle. We've just about had enough! Paying almost R7000 a month for a vehicle we don't have. It is frustrating and they don't even give a courtesy vehicle so my husband has had to make a plan for a vehicle almost weekly.
