Recalls

Again, Ford calls a recall on Ecosports. this is the third one. the last two, only one was done on my car cause there were no parts and since last year, I had been waiting to be contacted. I arrange an appointment for this one, and remind them to do the outstanding one. after parking my car the whole day, I receive a call at 3 that there are no parts for the current one, they will order them and they will do work on my car the next day (including other things, eg. changing lock settings). fetching my car, the only thing done is last year's recall - nothing else - even the little things I requested. told the manager I don't want apologies, but reimbur*****ts, and NOT in the form of petrol, alas, I get there and my car has fuel. now, the parts have arrived, I'm returning AGAIN on 23, wonder if its even worth it really!!
