Recall, exact same problem but no responsibility from ford

My Ford kuga was sent in for a clutch pressure plate crack recall, experiencing the exact same problem now, sorry its not ford's problem, they allready did their part, excuse the pun, their part is the problem, ironic that it's what the recall was for. Mistake trusting the brand to deliver service.
