Really interesting service manager

This was some experience. Bought my car there new in 2019, serviced same until moving to Bosch purely due to work location. Had an issue which Bosch botched, returned to Ford for assistance. They started looking at it after 2 weeks. Get a call from the service advisor saying his manager says to fetch car as they do not want to repair. I return to ask why: This guy called Francois, wow, what an arrogant man. I was more than willing to pay for their service but he treated me like filth hence I simply left. I'll never return. This individual must have some magical powers or something on someone high up, as I cant understand how anyone in the service industry is allowed to speak to clients the way he does.
