RATHER BUY A TOYOTA FORD ZAMBIA IS A NIGHTMARE

I would not recommended anyone buying a Ford if they live in Zambia, the staff at Ford are *********** and blatantly lie to clients. I dread each time taking my vehicle as to date each time one is just **** too. As an example which can be used for EACH AND EVERY time I have booked my vehicle. Vehicle is booked in advance, delivered in the morning to them and then you are told it will be ready by 16h00 the same day. It is NEVER ready they take on average 2 days for a simple oil service!!! I have spent up to 3 hours there waiting till 17h00 to get my vehicle when I was told it would be ready 17h00 the previous day already. Also seems each time I go they want to change my disk brakes? Why I have no idea since the last time I declined and they made a snotty remark on their job card my car has done another 5000km and still the brakes are effective, Ford does not seem to know that having over 5mm left on your disks means that you have only used about 60%. In short its the most frustrating moment and I dread taking my vehicle to them. When we replace our company cars in two years time I will not be going the route of Ford again. If all this was a once off then fine but it happens always
