R700 to reprograme a car key

Its no like i just gave them any key. Its the one that came with the bukkie. It has just not been used in 10 years so it still drives the car but it wont work the alarm. So they need to reprograme the key to work with the car. R700 for that. If i got them to repaces the key god knows what they will chage me.
