PROPER SERVICE!

A huge thank you to the new car sales manager and the dealer principal for giving me the best service that I have had in a long time. I know that the rating that I gave was not of the best BUT the service I received will bring me back to purchase a NEW ford in the future.<br> <br> what happened was the rubber rising had a problem where it started to come off the load bay door. when I took the vehicle to them and they saw the damage they asked that I leave the vehicle by them for 2 days and that they would arrange a loan vehicle for me to use in the mean time while the rubber rising was removed and redone at no charge.<br> <br> to my surprise when I dropped my vehicle off on Monday afternoon there was a vehicle ready for me and the lady that helped me was an absolute pleasure to deal with.<br> <br> to me the main thing is that FORD Constantia wants to give the best service and experience that they can, from taking responsibility to giving amazing after sales service.
