Problem solved

I would like to refer to my complaint of 4 March 2016 regarding the way the manager (Chris) dealt with me. Mr Hennie Greyvenstein called me within a week to have the matter resolved. He has a natural calm, friendly way and was very professional. <br> <br> He made me feel welcome in the Ford family and the need to go back to Silver Lakes (what I did not feel before). Thank you Hennie for being such a true gentleman and helping with this matter. You and Kleinbooi both went further than the extra mile.<br> <br> Thank you Kleinbooi for being so polite and friendly. Most of all, thank you for taking the time from your family to drive all the way to my place to deliver the cover.<br> <br> Thank you just feels too small!!!
