My granddaughter bought a new ford figo in 2020 at Ben Morgenrood at randfontein. She had problems with all 4 door rubbers. The car went in and the rubbers was replaced. When she got the car back both the front doors covers was not fitted properly. The car went back. December 2020 the car was taken to Action ford Krugersdorp for the 1st service. The passenger front door rubber and loose door cover and front spot light at passenger side getting water was reported faulty. After numerous phone calls the problems has not been rectified. She is working in Randburg and she needs a curtesy car. Every time ford says they have not a car and they can only open a warranty claim if the car is with them. We are sitting in the second month of 2021 and nothing is happening
