Possible Factory fault and poor support from Ford.

As a Ford driver for many years , I must say that I am disgusted at the current service responses that I have received from both Lazarus Ford in Centurion and Barlow Ford Alberton. I purchased a Ford Everest 2.26 Auto ( 2018) in August this year . I have never had any issues with my previous Ford Kuga. during a long trip the car started losing power completely randomly, no warning lights nothing. the car was not able to even go over 20km per hour. After getting the car to Centurion I was told that there is nothing wrong and that the computer must have communicated the an incorrect message. I then drove the car and got as far as Midrand when it lost power again. This time I managed to get the car to Alberton Ford. After the car was in for two days I was told that there is nothing wrong with the car . And must just hope and pray that it does not happen whilst I am in the middle of nowhere. One week later it happen again. After numerous calls to Barlow World Ford Alberton I eventually got hold of the service who said that someone will call me back . But to no avail. I am still waiting. I really thought that Ford would provide better service . i travel long distances and cannot afford having the car only going 20km per hour. I don't think Ford actually know what they are doing. No one has actually taken this issue seriously as all they ever say is that the computer tells them nothing is wrong, yet my car stills loses power randomly. I don't think I will ever buy a Ford again. I have driven a Ford for the past 30 years .

My Everest has now within three weeks lost power four times and Ford cannot find a solution . The car has 17000 Km on the clock.
