Poor Workmanship and Customer Service
My Ford Kuga went in for a 60000km service to Barlow World Pinetown on 17.10.2017. A week later we noticed a knocking sound on the vehicle. We then took it back to them on 28.10.2017 only to be told that there is an issue with the vehicle and it was then booked in for evaluation and repairs on 30.10.2017. I then get a call on 01.11.17 to say that the fuel injectors are an issue so vehicle may only be ready by Friday but they will get back to me on 02.11.17. I then requested for a courtesy vehicle as I had borrowed a vehicles to travel to work and was informed that they don't have any to give to me. My issues are a follows : 1. Why wasn't the problem picked up in the initial service. I was given the all clear when I picked up my vehicle 2. How can the fuel injectors go only in a relatively new vehicle - still under warranty 3. Since it is a Ford issue and vehicle under warranty I should be given a courtesy vehicle even if it mean them hiring a vehicle for me as I would be out of a vehicle for about a week. Just poor customer services from Ford side especially in light of all the issues that they have been having with the Kuga's. Every efforet should have been made to accommodate the customers request,
